Areas of Practice
Chris Harrell has over twenty-five years of experience representing litigants in all aspects of Family Law. He would be more than happy to discuss any problems you may have within the family court system including: divorce, adoption, custody, visitation and time-sharing issues, child support, and mediation services.
Chris has experience practicing before all divisions of the Jefferson Family Court. As a court-appointed mediator, Chris is regularly chosen by Family Court Judges and fellow attorneys to help resolve difficult disputes in family court matters. Chris’s experience in these matters, from both the perspective of an attorney and also as a mediator, gives him unique insight into effective means of negotiation and litigation that help all parties to achieve the most favorable result. Most importantly, Chris’s experience as a Guardian Ad Litem for children in family law disputes and Dependency/Neglect/Abuse (DNA) cases helps him to see legal situations from the points of view of the children of the family. As a divorced father himself, Chris understands that the well-being of the children involved in any legal dispute is of the primary importance, and with that in mind he strives to help the family to reach the best resolution.
If you have a problem with a family law matter, please feel free to call Chris for more information about how he can help you.
